PERMANENT COSMETICS PROCEDURES CANNOT BE PERFORMED IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO YOU:

• Previous Permanent Makeup (unless it has been verified through Shelby Yarbrough; Policies +Previous tattooing)

• Brow Transplants

• Retinol or Vitamin A (within the past month)

• Epilepsy

• Diabetic

• Chemotherapy (within the past 12 months)

• Sick: (cold, flu, etc.)

• Antibiotics (within the past 2 months)

• Pregnant or Nursing

• Major Heart Problems

• Highly Prone to Scarring or Keloids

• Viral Infections/ Disease

• Botox in the Past Month

• Accutane in the past year

• Lash or Brow Grown Serums (within the past 2 months)

• Psoriasis, Rash or Sunburn on or Around the Treated area

• An Allergy to Lidocaine, Tetracaine, Benzocaine or Epinephrine

• Microneedling, Medical Grade Chemical Peels & Facial Laser Treatments (within the past 2 months)
